He declared that he was 36 years of age; that he was a molder by trade; that he was married; that he entered the US daily; that his employer was the reason he was entering the US; that the employer was USL & H Co.; and that he was born in London, England.

On February 6, 1934, Herman Henry Abbott entered the United States through Niagra Falls, New York. He declared that he was accompanied by no one; that he was 49 years of age; that he was born in London, England; that he was a painter by trade; that he originally had entered the US in March, 1895, through Portland, Maine; that his last permanent residence was at the YMCA in Niagra Falls, Ontario, Canada; that his contact in Ontario was Mary Kenney; and that he had resided in the United States previously from 1922-1925. He was described as 5 foot 4 inches in height; medium complexion; brown eyes and brown hair, with no distinguishing marks.
